Many state, federal, and industrial standards have been put into effect regarding the required use of protection over battery terminals for the prevention of accidental rapping with tools, etc. which in the past has been documented to be the cause of shorting, explosions, fires, and personal injuries to the consumer. We are ISO 9001:2000 Certified since 2004, and all of our material is RoHS Compliant.

For a few cents each, Ell-Tron Manufacturing Company has provided an attractive, high quality line of insulating boots to satisfy this need since 1974. Insulating boots such as these also aid in extending the life of the product for the consumer by helping prevent corrosion.
